In accordance with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, TruJodi has appointed a Grievance Officer to address complaints from users regarding content, privacy, or conduct on the platform.

Response time

We acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within 30 days as required by law.

What to include in your complaint

  • 1.Your registered email address
  • 2.The profile ID or username of the reported user (if applicable)
  • 3.Nature of the complaint (fake profile, harassment, fraud, privacy concern, etc.)
  • 4.Any screenshots or evidence supporting your complaint
  • 5.The relief or action you are seeking
