About the Grievance Officer
In accordance with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, TruJodi has appointed a Grievance Officer to address complaints from users regarding content, privacy, or conduct on the platform.
